Intro
Week 1 of a weekly blog
It all started about three months ago.
Everyone was going on about their lives as they normally would. Worrying about the stuff we always worry about. Death, taxes, family, God and of course your other incidentals.
Then one day, the sky turned a certain kind of red. You know that red that makes you think it’s gonna snow, or something. But it wasn’t snow that was brewin’ in the air. Nah this… this was something different. I could feel it.
I had tried to call my wife to warn her about the strange feeling I was having concerning the weather, but for some reason I couldn’t get through. I decided to leave work early you know, ’cause I couldn’t shake this thought in the back of my mind that something was wrong.
No sooner than I had stepped foot out of the office did I see it. All hell had broken loose. There were cars bursting into flames, alarms were sounding, the air smelled of burnt tires and soot. People were running for their lives. There were cries for help coming from every direction, it was total panic.
In the midst of all that chaos, my phone rang. It was my wife, and when I put it up to my ear to hear her voice, everything else seemed to go silent. For a brief moment, the world… it seemed to be okay…
Then I saw the tornado…

The Art Work is great. When is the book coming out?
